Our platform thrives on the trust of both passengers and drivers who use it. Therefore, we are committed to detecting and preventing fraud to safeguard our community.

Fraudulent Actions:

Fraudulent activities include, but are not limited to:

• Increasing trip time or distance dishonestly
  (e.g., taking an unnecessarily long route to the passenger's destination).
• Accepting ride or delivery requests without properly completing them including actions that cause users to cancel trips.
• Creating fake, duplicate, or inappropriate accounts on the Intilaq app.
• Requesting, accepting, or completing fraudulent or fake trips or deliveries.
  
• Falsely claiming to have completed a delivery without delivering it to the designated location.
• Stealing or improperly obtaining someone else's property.
• Disabling or tampering with the normal functions of the Intilaq app, including using unauthorized or modified devices, apps, or software to interfere with or bypass the app's legitimate functions, such as the GPS system.
• Misusing promotional offers, incentives, or referrals, or not using them for their intended purposes.
• Disputing legitimate charges.
• Falsifying documents, records, or other data.
• Abusing the cancellation policy.
• Manipulating GPS data or using fake location applications.
  
• Confirming rides without the intent to complete them, forcing passengers to cancel.
• Providing false or inaccurate information about yourself yourself when creating your account.
• Driving a vehicle that has not been approved by Intilaq.
• Intentionally confirming or completing fraudulent trips.
• Using another person’s identity or account information.

Consequences of Violating Intilaq's Anti-Fraud Policy:

Violations of Intilaq's Anti-Fraud Policy may result in the immediate loss of access to all or part of the Intilaq app for drivers or passengers.

For drivers and passengers with multiple Intilaq accounts, violations may lead to the loss of access to all accounts.

Additionally, Intilaq may, at its sole discretion:

• Withhold potential earnings associated with suspected fraud.
• Adjust any earnings owed to you related to suspected fraudulent activities.
• Remove or restrict your access to certain promotions or offers.
• Restrict your account while our review is in progress.

Intilaq also reserves the right to freeze all funds in your account if it has reason to suspect fraudulent activity. This means that any money in your account may be temporarily frozen as part of Intilaq’s investigation into suspected fraud.

Intilaq retains the right to take any appropriate action, including:

• Terminating its agreement with the driver.
• Notifying relevant authorities
• Pursuing criminal charges against you

Under this Anti-Fraud Policy, you agree that Intilaq may temporarily disable your account to investigate if you have been involved in or if your account has been used for fraudulent, unsafe, illegal, or harmful activities that could damage Intilaq’s brand, business, or reputation.

Depending on the results of their investigation, Intilaq has the authority to permanently ban your account. This decision is made at Intilaq’s sole discretion and depends on the nature and extent of the suspected fraudulent or harmful activity.

If fraudulent behavior is identified on your account, and we take actions such as adjusting your earnings, restricting your access to features or specific promotions, or disabling your access to the app, you will be notified. We will communicate the detected activity via in-app notification, phone call, email, or other means.

Participation in fraudulent activities, even just once, may lead topermanent deactivation from the platform . Typically, you may receive up to two warnings before such an action is taken, but this depends on the severity of the situation. The reason for permanent deactivation will always be provided.
