What Do You Need Help With?
Everyone has questions now and then. Maybe you’re just getting started. Maybe something didn’t go as planned. No problem, we’ve probably heard it before, and if not, we’ll figure it out together. Here are a few things people usually ask us:
Just grab the Intlaq Driver app and sign up from there. It’ll ask for your ID, driver’s license, and a few other details. Once you’re in, we’ll take it from there.
It happens. Try hitting “forgot password” in the app. Still stuck? Give us a shout and we’ll help you get back in, no stress.
The best thing to do is go into your ride history, tap on that trip, and hit “Report Issue.” Our team reads those, and we’ll follow up.
